| Position 1: Technical Architect

Job Description:
Must have a solid background as a Technical Architect with a particular
focus on product design demonstrating attention to detail for
requirements.
Must have the ability to deal with all levels of client personnel.
Must be well versed with design patterns and their usage.
Must have gone through at least 4 full cycle implementation of projects over .Net projects.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Need excellent communication skills. This includes Team presentation,
Technical presentations to Client and creating high quality documents
which can clearly share the technical designs with team and management.
Should be ready to take complete accountability for a product design.
Must have experience in UML [Unified modeling Language], either with Packages like Rational Rose or Visio.
Must be ready to do hands on code when necessary to show off some new technologies to the developers and team leads.

| Position 2: UNIX Administration
|
|
Job Description:
Experience: 3 to 5 yrs
Performs daily operational technical assistance, O/S administration and
software installation activities for the UNIX environment.
This is predominantly AIX although there could be some light HP-UX and
Solaris.
The typical tasks include:
- File System and File Management activities
- Print and Batch Queue Management
- Software product installation
- Submit and Implement Change controls

| Position 3: Kernel Developer
|
|
Job Description:
Experience: 4+ years of experience
- Kernel configuration, build, test skills (to build customized Linux kernel)
- Boot loader knowledge (Preferably GRUB)
- Knowledge on Linux boot process, run control scripts
- Linux package manager skills (RPM/DPK/TGZ)
- Linux build environment, cross compilation
- Shell/Perl programming
- C programming skills
- Device driver programming skill is advantage

|
|
Job Description:
Experience: 4+ years of experience
- ASP.Net 2.0,3.0, 3.5
- VB.Net
- SQL server 2005
- Ajax
- Very good Analytical skills
- Good communication skills
- Experience of handling excel files using VB.Net
- Generating Excel, CSV, PDF reports
